1.Definitions

In these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply unless the context requires otherwise:

• "You", "Player", "User" refers to any individual who accesses, registers on, or uses the as777 platform.

• "Wagering Requirement" refers to the number of times a bonus amount must be wagered before withdrawal of associated winnings is permitted.

2.Acceptance of Terms

By accessing the as777 platform, creating an account, or using any of our Services, you unconditionally agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions, together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, all of which are incorporated herein by reference.

If you do not agree to any provision of these Terms & Conditions, you must immediately cease using the as777 platform and must not register or attempt to register an account.

as777 reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. Continued use of the platform following the posting of revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of those revisions. 3.Eligibility & Registration

To register and maintain an account on as777, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at all times:

• You must be a natural person acting on your own behalf and not on behalf of any third party.

• You must not be a current employee, contractor, director, or agent of as777 or any of its affiliated entities, or an immediate family member thereof.
• You must provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date registration information. Any false or misleading information provided during registration may result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of funds.
• Each individual may hold only one registered account on as777. Multiple accounts held by the same individual are prohibited.
• You must not be subject to a self-exclusion order, account restriction, or any other measure that prohibits your participation in online gambling.

as777 reserves the right to refuse registration to any applicant at our sole discretion, without obligation to provide reasons.

4.Account Responsibilities

You are solely responsible for all activity that occurs under your as777 account. Specifically:

• You must keep your login credentials, including your username and password, strictly confidential. You must not disclose your credentials to any third party.
• You must notify as777 immediately if you become aware of any unauthorised use of your account or any breach of security.
• as777 will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to maintain the security of your account credentials.
• You must ensure that your contact information, including email address and phone number, remains accurate and up to date at all times.
• You must cooperate fully with any KYC request made by as777, including providing government-issued identity documents, proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership. Failure to complete KYC verification may result in suspension of withdrawal rights.
• You must not allow any other person to access or use your as777 account, including on a shared device.

5.Deposits, Withdrawals & Payment Methods

as777 supports the following payment methods for Malaysian players: Touch n Go eWallet, Boost, Maybank FPX, CIMB FPX, Public Bank FPX, and other FPX-connected Malaysian bank accounts. Payment method availability may change without prior notice.

• Minimum deposit: RM20 per transaction. Minimum withdrawal: RM30 per transaction.
• All deposits and withdrawals must be made using payment methods registered in your own name. Third-party deposits and withdrawals are strictly prohibited.
• as777 reserves the right to require KYC verification prior to processing any withdrawal request.
• Withdrawal processing times are indicative only and subject to the payment provider's own timelines. as777 targets same-day processing for eWallet withdrawals from verified accounts.
• as777 does not charge transaction fees on deposits or withdrawals, but your bank or eWallet provider may apply their own charges for which as777 accepts no responsibility.
• All funds held in your as777 account are held in trust for your benefit and are segregated from as777's operational funds.
• Deposits made in error cannot be reversed once credited to your account and used in gameplay. Contact as777 support immediately if you believe a deposit was made in error before wagering commences.
• as777 reserves the right to void and withhold winnings if there is reasonable suspicion that any deposit was made using fraudulent, stolen, or otherwise unauthorised payment credentials.

6.Bonuses, Promotions & Wagering Requirements

as777 offers various bonuses and promotions to eligible players from time to time. All promotions are subject to the following general terms, in addition to any promotion-specific terms communicated at the time of the offer:

• Bonuses are available to eligible registered players only. as777 reserves the right to determine eligibility at our sole discretion.
• Bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before any associated winnings may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering requirement will be clearly stated in the promotion terms.
• Unless otherwise specified, bonus funds must be used within 30 days of credit to your account, after which they will expire and be removed automatically.
• as777 reserves the right to withdraw, suspend, or amend any promotional offer at any time, with or without notice, including in cases where there is evidence of promotional abuse.
• Only one bonus may be active in your account at any time unless explicitly stated otherwise in the promotion terms.
• Wagering requirements apply separately to each bonus unless a bonus consolidation is explicitly confirmed in writing by as777.
• Any attempt to exploit bonuses through systematic play designed to generate guaranteed returns, use of multiple accounts, or collusion with other players will be treated as bonus abuse and may result in account suspension and forfeiture of all bonus funds and associated winnings.

7.Gaming Rules & Fair Play

All games available on as777 are governed by individual game rules published by the respective game providers. Players are responsible for familiarising themselves with the rules of each game before wagering real money.

• as777 sources games exclusively from certified providers whose products are subject to independent testing for RNG integrity and fairness. Advertised RTP figures represent theoretical long-run averages and individual session outcomes will vary.
• In the event of a discrepancy between a displayed result and the server-side result recorded by as777, the server-side record shall prevail.
• as777 does not accept responsibility for interrupted gameplay resulting from disconnection, hardware failure, or any other event outside our reasonable control. In such cases, bets already placed will be settled according to the recorded server state at the time of disconnection.
• as777 reserves the right to void any bet placed after a sporting event has concluded or any outcome has become known, regardless of when the bet was placed on the platform.

8.Prohibited Conduct

• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information to as777 at any time, including during registration or KYC.
• Opening, operating, or benefiting from more than one as777 account.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to interact with as777's gaming systems.
• Exploiting any bug, glitch, error, or vulnerability in as777's software or games. Any winnings derived from such exploitation will be voided.
• Colluding with other players for the purpose of gaining an unfair advantage, including in live poker or live dealer games.
• Depositing funds originating from criminal activity or using as777 as a vehicle for money laundering or terrorist financing.
• Accessing as777 from a jurisdiction in which doing so is prohibited by local law.
• Charging back or reversing a deposit payment after gambling with the deposited funds.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing as777 staff, live dealers, or other players through any communication channel on the platform.

9.Intellectual Property

All content on the as777 platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, game assets, software, user interface design, and trademarks, is the property of as777 or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the platform solely for personal entertainment purposes. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, or commercially exploit any content from as777 without prior written authorisation.

10.Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law:

• as777 provides its Services on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, express or implied.
• as777 does not warrant that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components.
• as777's total liability to any player for any cause of action arising in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the 30 days preceding the claim.
• as777 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits or data, arising from your use of the platform.
• Nothing in these Terms limits as777's liability for fraud, wilful misconduct, or any liability that cannot be excluded by law.

11.Responsible Gaming

as777 is committed to providing a safe and responsible gaming environment. We offer the following tools to all registered players:

• Deposit limits — set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit caps on your account
• Loss limits — restrict the amount you can lose over a defined period
• Session time reminders — receive notifications when you have been playing for a set duration
• Self-exclusion — temporarily or permanently exclude yourself from as777 with immediate effect

All responsible gaming tools are accessible directly from your account settings. Self-exclusion requests take effect immediately and cannot be reversed during the exclusion period. as777 strongly encourages any player who feels their gambling is becoming harmful to activate these tools or seek assistance. 12.Account Closure & Termination

You may close your as777 account at any time by contacting our customer support team. Any remaining balance will be refunded to your registered withdrawal method following completion of KYC verification, subject to there being no outstanding bonus wagering requirements or pending investigation.

as777 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions
• Fraudulent, dishonest, or illegal activity
• Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable period
• Account inactivity exceeding 12 consecutive months, subject to prior written notice to the player's registered email address
• Regulatory or legal requirement

In cases of termination for breach, as777 reserves the right to withhold any balance pending investigation and, where fraud or criminal activity is established, to report the matter to relevant authorities and forfeit associated funds.

13.Amendments to These Terms

as777 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. The revised Terms will be posted at as777.bid/terms-conditions with an updated effective date. For material changes, as777 will provide advance notice via email to registered players. Your continued use of the platform after the effective date of any revision constitutes your acceptance of the amended Terms.

14.Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable international gaming authority regulations under which as777 is licensed to operate. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved through as777's internal complaints process shall be referred to the applicable dispute resolution mechanism of the relevant licensing authority.

Where a complaint cannot be resolved internally, you may escalate the matter to the applicable regulatory authority.
